Viewing and purchasing of images
All images are uploaded raw (straight from the camera as they are taken), and once ordered, are then edited and sent out. This saves me lots of time in many ways; instead of making everyone wait days while I’m editing thousands of photos (when only a handful will be purchased), I can upload everything all at once and just work on those photos that are purchased. This means you also get to see all the photos quicker, not have to wait for your section to be uploaded.
For this reason: please allow up to 5 days to receive your images after ordering. Rarely will it take that long to get your order completed as I know how keen everyone gets and I also don't wish to keep you all waiting, however after particularly large events, sometimes I receive so many orders that it takes a bit longer for me to be able to get through them all. I am a one man show after all ♥️
If, for whatever reason, it is going to take me longer than above, I will always make contact. I know that it is exciting looking at photos after an event, but please be kind.
Refunds are not accepted, and any attempts made to ‘charge back’ funds will automatically place you on a black list. Note that images are not able to be exchanged, so please make sure you are happy with your choices before checking out.
Please ensure all details entered in the final stages of checkout are correct, as digital photos are emailed to the same email you enter at checkout.
If you do manage to make an error in your details at checkout, please reach out to me straight away via email (chloeeqphotography@gmail.com), Facebook Messenger, Instagram dm’s, or by using the “Contact Me” form on my website.

Please make sure to include you name, order #, date which order was placed, and let me know what the issue is.
Please allow up to 24h for a response as I do have other commitments and may not see your enquiry right away, but I will always do my best to get it sorted ASAP.
I’m conscious that not every rider wants their photos used on social media for promotion. While I am within my right to do what I want with my photos, I am happy for people to reach out with their rider number prior to the event or prior to photos being posted, to make note that you do not wish to have your photos shown on my social media pages.
Continuing from this, if you do not wish for anyone to have access to view your photos (including through the purchasing website), please get in contact and I can make alternate arrangements for you to view and purchase your photos privately.
Theft of services
All content is the property of Chloe Eq Photography until purchased, and after purchased are still copyrighted to my name. Any attempt to steal, make copies of, or otherwise acquire copies will not be tolerated, nor will attempts to pass my work off as your own. Attempts to remove or disguise my watermark also fall under this jurisdiction.
If someone you know has stolen my images, please get in contact ASAP so I can follow up. You will be kept anonymous. I am a volunteer at these events, I do not get paid by the organising committee. I make my wage by selling these images, so theft of said images is not and will never be tolerated.
Use of my photos in an inappropriate manner.
Use of photos taken by Chloe Eq Photography to make defamatory / abusive posts on social media, whether it's about myself, my business, an event or organising committee, or another rider is not tolerated. If you're unhappy, reach out to me or the respective party for mitigation.
Treatment of myself and / or my property
Abuse of myself or my property will also not be tolerated. I will do everything in my power to stick to myself and follow instructions given to me by the organising person/s at the time of providing my services. Abuse to myself or defamatory content will also not be tolerated. I am human, not a punching bag.
In the event you are found violating these policies, your photos will be deleted and you will be placed on a blacklist. You will not receive photos from me in the future. I believe the equestrian community should be a place of fun, friends, and enjoying our horses; so I will not encourage or engage with anyone who doesn’t share the same values.
